1. Where do you ship from ?

We ship from our warehouse partner in California. 

2. Which shipping carrier do you use?

We offer FREE shipping ground via Fedex/ UPS or LTL (small freight.)

3. Can I return or exchange furniture items? Yes

Replacement: If the items arrive damaged, please contact us within 1-3 days so we can help with a replacement and file a claim with the shipping carrier. 

Return: If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days to get a full refund. Items must be in its box, unused, undamaged and unassembled.  Return shipping and pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable. Please contact us within the 30 days before returning.  The items must be returned within 30 days from delivery or pickup. 

Exchange: All exchanges will be processed through separate actions. First, you will need to follow the return policy and thereafter you will purchase your new items online.
