Furniture products

1. Where do you ship from ?

We ship from our warehouse partner in California. 

2. Which shipping carrier do you use?

We offer FREE shipping ground via Fedex/ UPS or LTL (small freight.)

3. Can I return or exchange a furniture items? Yes

Replacement: If the items arrives damage when we ship to you, please contact us within 7 days so we can help with a replacement. 

Return: You can return within 30 days to get full refund if you change your minds. Item must be in box, new, unused, undamaged, unassembled.  Return shipping and return pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable, buyer will pay for return shipping fee. Please contact us within 30 days before returning it.  The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup.

Exchange: All exchange will be process separately. First, you will need to follow the return policy, then you will purchase online the one you choose.

Fabric masks products

1. Where do you ship from ?

For small order, we ship from our warehouse partner in California. 

For large order, we can ship directly from Vietnam to the receiver to save shipping time.

2. Which shipping carrier do you use?

We usually ship ground via Fedex/ UPS/ DHL.

3. Can I get a refund/ return or exchange on the masks?

For masks, all sales are final as we states on our website. Unfortunately, we cannot accept return/ exchange/ refund for masks.  Please contact us at team@essen.nyc if you have any issues. 

4. Can I place a mask bulk order for my company?

Yes. Please email bulk@essen.nyc so we can help with your purchase.
