A. Furniture Shipping and Returns Policy 

Free Shipping: We offer FREE Standard/ Ground shipping (3-5 business days) to 48 contiguous States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders).  After we receive your order, it will be processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours. FedEx or shipping carrier will deliver to your location within 3-5 business days depends where you live.  We ship from California warehouse.  For large items, we will ship by LTL (small freight), shipping time between 5-8 business days. 

Replacement: If the items arrive damaged when we ship to you, please contact us within 1-3 days so we can help with a replacement and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. 

Return: You can return within 30 days to get a full refund if you change your mind. Item must be in box, new, unused, undamaged, unassembled.  Return shipping and return pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable, the buyer will pay for the return shipping fee. Please contact us within 30 days before returning it.  The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup. 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect, process, and give you a full refund to your original payment method within 24-48 hours. However, depending on your bank's processing time, it may take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account. We won't be able to accept the return of used items or over 30 days. 

Exchange: All exchanges will be processed separately. First, you will need to follow the return policy, then you will purchase the items online.
