A. Furniture Shipping and Returns Policy 

Free Shipping: We offer FREE (WITH THE USE OF A DISCOUNT CODE THROUGH MAILING SUBSCRIPTION) Standard/ Ground shipping to 48 contiguous States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International orders).  After we receive your order, it will be processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours. FedEx or an alternative shipping carrier will deliver to your location within 3-5 business days from the moment your items leave our California warehouse. For large items, we will ship by LTL (small freight), for these items shipping time will be between 5-8 business days

Replacement: If the items arrive damaged, please contact us within 1-3 days so we can help with a replacement and file a claim with the shipping carrier. 

Return: If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days to get a full refund. Items must be in its box, unused, undamaged and unassembled.  Return shipping and pickup fees are the customer’s responsibility and are nonrefundable. Please contact us within the 30 days before returning.  The items must be returned within 30 days from delivery or pickup. 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect, process, and give you a full refund to your original payment method within 24-48 hours. However, depending on your bank's processing time, it may take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account. We won't be able to accept the return of used items or items older than 30 days

Exchange: All exchanges will be processed through separate actions. First, you will need to follow the return policy and thereafter you will purchase your new items online.
